Introduction part 2

I have only recently started to be interested in skincare (read a month and half ago) and specifically asian skincare products.
Before this I thought because I don't use make-up regularly it´s enough to wash my face at night with foaming cleanser. Plus the occassional spot treatement for any pimple.
And I should mention all the useless products I´ve grabbed in drugstores after reading the package and which just kept lining the bathroom counter after a few use. They either didn't work, made matters worse or just couldn't engage my waning interest enough to return to them.

Fact about me is that I can get really obsessive if I find something interesting. That's how I first got into nail art - now I own hundreds of polishes and a variety of nail art supplies - and planner decoration.
While hunting for a korean nail polish review I stumbled upon a blog reviewing a lot of korean products and not just nail polish. Then I googled korean skincare routine and after countless hours of reading reviews and comparing products I placed my first orders on ebay and Wishtrend.

It's hard building a stash or routine from scratch. You don't know what to get, the sheer variety is baffling. Plus all the henceforth unknown phrases like emulsion, essence, ampoul... It's hard to be sensible and just order samples before committing to a full product. First you have to wait for the samples to arrive, then wait for your skin's reaction and if only it's positive can you order the full size.
When caught up in something being sensible or patient is not my strong suit. I can't say I got away without purchasing a few underwhelming products.
My next post will be about all my additions I have bought so far and later there should be another post about my routine.
