Last month they have introduced their own subscription box. It´s a mostly mask subscription box, which I have to say wasn´t clear for me before ordering! I´m not sure if I wasn´t really reading the information or it really wasn´t clear enough ( I started to suspect it, when I saw sneek peaks on their tumblr site). Anyway, I´m already subscribed for 3 months, we will see how it goes.
These are ingredient boxes, according to the website they focus on one ingredient mostly.
The company gets in contact with you after ordering their box and asks after your skin type and main skin concers, so they can curate the box to your needs.
Mine was the following: I have combination oily skin with an oily T-zone. And my concerns are blackheads on forehead, nose and cheeks.Also enlarged pores on cheeks. Sometimes acne. Also they´ve asked about my skincare routine, so I wrote them about the basic of it.
They have then contacted me, that they are sending a double welcome gift, which were Christmas Wunla Beans. (They are small packets that you can heat or cool in the fridge to easy cramps or cool a burn or something.) The choices were Santa Claus, Snowflake, Snowman and X´mas Glove. I choose the Snowflake one, however there must have been a mishap, I´ve recieved the X´mas Glove one when my order arrived. But this was such a minor concern, so I didn´t even contact them over it. I´m sure, that they would have been accommodating.
You can subscribe before the 1st of each month to get next month´s box and they will send it out before the 10th of that month.

6 months is 24USD with free shipping and they give you one extra month for free (so it´s for 7months) + welcome gift

I choose Mediheal Mask Dress Code Black as my welcome gift, for one because according to the reviews, these have real sequins on them (I´m shallow I know :D) and these are for whitening. I already gave two for my sister for Christmas but I should soon try them out myself.
On the left, samples from Ben&Sera brand, then Luke hydrogel eye patches, nose strips, a cute SOC handcream with shea butter - rose scented - and again Ben&Sera anti-aging serum samples in syringes! :D
Not pictured is the Wunla Bean they included as free gift, but at the end of this post you can see the one I´ve won in a giveaway. They are the same type.
According to their calculations this box´s value was 43USD. But they included there the syringes (2.40USD) (which is anti-aging, I sure didn´t choose that as a problem for me), the hand cream (3USD), 3 nose strips (0.65USD) and 2 eye patches (1.40USD) and the welcome gift (3.20USD/pcs).
Now if I only count the masks and maybe the nose patches (because that´s for pore care) plus the hand cream as a full size product, the value is 21.80USD. The Mediheal masks would raise the value by 16USD, but that was advertised as a free welcome gift, so I wouldn´t strictly feel the need to include them.
All in all, it wasn´t a bad box, just there was nothing in the description for me to indicate it´s going to be a mask subscription and the value isn´t the same as the price I´ve payed (26USD, the 3months plan).
Also, it was supposed to be an ingredient box, but I don´t know why all the acai and blue berry masks were included too, there was nothing on the pamphlets about them.
They have since updated the description page of this box, now even I wouldn´t be confuses if this is a mask subscription box. They have showed an example of their second box too, where this time should be full size products beside one time use masks and samples.
Conclusion: I´m curious about the masks I´ve got, but it is apparent that they have only started with subscribtion boxes so there is still room for improvement. In the end I´m glad that I choose the 3 months plan, so I can compare later boxes too.
It has arrived even sooner than the box. These were the contents:
